EVENT DETAILS
- 5:00 p.m. — Doors Open. Check in at the front desk, where we'll have your name on file. You'll receive your table assignment and event program (your bidder number is printed on the back).
- Welcome Reception. Enjoy welcome cocktails and live music as you arrive. Follow the red carpet toward the ocean, where the silent auction items await.
- Sunset & Silent Auction. Spend the golden hour with friends and ʻohana along the patio. Silent auction bidding remains open until 7:00 p.m.
- 7:00 p.m. — Dinner Service. Doors open to the ballroom. Please take your assigned seat; your meal has been prepared to order and our waitstaff is expecting you at your table.
- Dinner. A three-course meal will be served: appetizer, main course, and dessert.
- Entertainment & Theatre. Our evening program begins during dinner—sit back and enjoy.
- Live Auction. The night culminates with our live auction. A fitting finale!
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Attire: Hawaiian cocktail.
- Valet Parking: Table sponsors and their guests receive valet validation. Collect your validation sticker at the "Validation Table" beside check-in.
- Welcome & Gathering: After collecting your welcome cocktail, follow the red carpet to the patio gathering area, where you'll find the bar and silent auction.
- Lei Stand: A variety of lei will be available for purchase for friends and ʻohana.
- Photography: A photographer will be on site. Be sure to capture some memories with your friends and ʻohana as the sun sets.
